Layer Chicken Cage
1. Layer Cages materials is Q235 Steel wire with cold/hot dipped galvanization surface treatment, anti-corrosion, solid and long service time.
2. Automatic welding and bending producing, all processes are according to technical parameter exactly, so it don’t have any problem during installation.
3. Use transverse sliding door and deep feed trough edge to control the feed loss effectively.
4. It can equipped with feeding, drinking, manure cleaning, heating and cooling, monitoring, alarming and lighting system.
5. It can be controlled by electronic panel fully automatically or semi-automatically.
The large cage with size 1500*1420mm can fit for different clients, the birds ensity is adjustable as requirement of feeding.
The quality of cage is solid and stable, the partition mesh adopt galvanized aluminium wire that can enhance air permeability and airflow. The bottom of cage with hot water pipes which keeps warm for chicks when weather changed cold, to ensure chicks get uniform heat, increase raising rate.
