V-600S CNC Vertical Machine Center with Pallet Changer

Advantages:

6. Ballscrews on 3 axes are locked to base seat by double nuts on both sides. Pretensioned ballscrews can eliminate the backlash and pre-compensate the error ruslted from heat growth. Servo motors are directly coupled with ballscrews.

This V-600S machine is built for clamping at one time for complex parts such as plate, shell, cam, mold etc, completing drilling, milling, boring, expansion, reaming, tapping and other process, which is suitable for multispecies, small batch production, especially for the processing of high precise parts.
