1. The Max. Stroke of Z-axis is 380mm, and the electrode can be clamped with a length of 500mm at a time, and the waste of electrode tube is reduced to the lowest (about 100mm). The ultra-low loss circuit design greatly improves the efficiency of electrode tube.
2. Z-axis adopts subdivided stepping motor (hybrid servo), which realizes rapid lifting. The whole stroke only takes about 10 seconds, greatly reducing waiting time and greatly improving efficiency. The machine head stroke adopts electric lifting.
3. Patented rotating head: Integrated design of motor rotating head, which adopts tungsten steel wear-resistant sheet and multiple waterproof structures. The rotating head and the collet are connected by a cone sleeve, which can ensure the concentrictiy of the collet rotation
4. Independent research and development of operating system: one key processing, centering function, fixed end function, expert database, digital sampling, adaptive servo tracking, penetration function, flexible processing, high-speed processing, surface protection, closed processing, automatic return to the workpiece surface. It is applicable to the fine hole processing of electrode copper pipe above Ø0.3mm and the processing of ultra thick workpiece within 300mm.
