س: What is your guarantee period?
أ: ShiningStar provides 1 (واحد) ضمان جودة عام للمنتجات من تاريخ الشراء, باستثناء الضرر البشري وعامل القوة القاهرة. لصيانة أفضل, تأكد من أن اللاعبين يستخدمون في ظل الظروف العادية (ليس اكثر من 16 ساعات يوميا).
