Automatic Viscosity/ Paste Filling Machine
This machine is applied for viscosity and paste filling similar like cream, shampoo, liquid soap, lubricant, engine oil products. It is able to integrate to capping machine and labeling machine in bottling line, fully complete and intelligence control advantage.
Characteristic:
1.Adopt volumetric piston pump, pneumatic control ss check valve to filling various kinds of liquid from light to medium heavy.
2.Pneumatic control piston pump, easy adjust filling volume.
3.Auto shut on/off filling nozzle, prevent drop while filling.
4.Automatic tray collector under filling nozzle, to avoid dropping on bottle.
5.Convenient to take out component parts to clean and sterilize, adjust to fit to other bottle size with no change parts.
6.Frequency speed control, no bottle no fill intelligence.
7.Main electric elements adopt Wenview , Delta, CHNT brand.
