TONGDA BOTTLED PISTON FILLING MACHINE
Applied to the filling of various viscous materials in vegetable oil, honey, jam, syrup, preparation, suspending agent, motor oil and daily chemical industry.
Bottled piston filling machine main feature:
1.This machine adopts PLC microcomputer programmable control and integrates light, electromechanical, sensing and pneumatic execution into one.
2.The piston stroke is driven by a servo motor, and the stroke positioning is accurate, and the filling speed is set to fast and slow.
3.When the filling is close to the bottle mouth, the speed and pressure are reduced to prevent the liquid from splashing and overflowing due to the high impulse force.
4.The machine has a high degree of automation and is easy to adjust. When changing the specifications or correcting the measurement, it only needs to be adjusted on the display screen to meet the requirements.
5.It can be applied to the filling of various viscous materials in vegetable oil, honey, jam, syrup, preparation, suspending agent, motor oil and daily chemical industry.

4. What services are there during the production?
We will cooperate with buyers and update the manufacturing process and status to buyers and we will invite buyer come to test the machine when the goods finished in our factory, if the buyer think it is ok,we will arrange shipping or we can make the testing video and send it to buyer.
