This CNC Controlled 4 axis servo profile knife cutters processing machine is operated completely by friendly-operator interface,the machining angle cycle can be grinding in one set up.1 worker can operate 6-12units at same time, 7*24 hours is working without any problem.And bulk profile cutters in same specifications is machined at one time.
So,this machine is used to increase the competion of profile cutters and increase productivity and efficiency.
Coarse grinding wheel and closed grained wheel mounted together can be used switched freely the sharp corner grinding wheel also available for profiles with sharp corners.
3. Fully automatic Operation,parametrized interface
When machines properly seted up operator only load and unload the profile tools, 1 operator can look after 6 para 15 machines at same time.
