This automatic linear powder filling machine with bottle washing sealing labeling line is suitable for auto bottle or jar packaging of various milk powder, coffee powder, protein powder, cosmetic powder, pharmaceutical powder, chemical powder, drinks powder production etc; this line consists of auto bottle feeding turntable, bottle air washing, powder filling + heat sealing + capping monoblock, labeling, impression & bottle collecting turntable.
Note: small bottle filling capping machine can be customized based on different bottles, caps & speed etc.

1. The inear bottle air washing machine adopts clean deioned air to flush overturned bottles, and it can effectively remove static electricity, flush out the dust, water and impurities from bottle inside and bottle walls, meeting GMP standards.
2. Adopting servo auger filling machine, it’s suitable for different powder, with high filling speed and accuracy.
3. Power filling combined with bottleneck hot sealing & capping, it takes small space, stable & durable.
4. Auto labling, laser printing (ink ject printing), bottle unscrambling machine, washing machine, bottle sleeving & overwrapping machine ect can be equipped. Our turnkey filling production line combines with mechnism, pneumatics and electrics, in compliance with GMP & CE production requirements.
