Drilling Seat CCD Camera: It adopts high quality aluminum drilling seat, elegant and beautiful. The drilling method is from bottom to top. When ccd camera find target and drilling seat will be down to fix material and then process drilling. Its CCD camera adopts brand Mintron, control system was developed by Vility, we got patern for this invention, so, we can give client free system upgrade for longlife as long as buying our machine. CCD camera positioning accuracy can reach ±0.02millimètre, high precision, speed is 0.6s/hole, greatly improve efficiency for production.

Drill Bit: There’s a light source around the drill bit, the purpose is brighten material for camera to drill. The drill bit size we have 1mm-5mm, we also accept customization.

System Interface: PLC control system, default language is Chinese-English version, it’s very easy to operate. It also has memory function and can save the record forsampling, it’s very convenient for client to find back previous setting to drill directly. After finished sampling setting, as long as you put the material to the CCD camera area, it will identify the mark point on the material and then automatically drill. Guide rail and screw rod are HIWIN brand from Taiwan, motor is China Laser brand.

Button Function: There’s up and down light source for selection, according to your material transparent level, you can select the best light source for your samples to easily identify the mark point. The blow function is to blow the scrap after drilling, it can keep drilling smoothly all the time.
