The machine is used for machining outer cylindrical of metal parts.

Machine configuration & characteristics:
1,Hydro-dynamic bearing for grinding spindle with high rigidity guideway for main feeding.
2,Sliding bearing on the front of RW. spindle and rolling bearing on the rear side. Frequency conversion for stepless variable speed.
3,Profile dressing for both dressers. Automatically feeding of dressers and oil cylinder drives the reciprocation.
4,High precision servo control system with resolution 0.0001mm, which is famous imported brand. The fully-digital feeding can reach 0.001mm. HMI with various of machining data, easy for setup and adjustment. With error self-diagnosis function.
5,The grinding wheel dresser feeding and reg. wheelhead feeding are controlled by servo motor. The reg. wheelhead feeding and compensation are realized by servo motor and ball screw.
