Feature and application
Halogen-free, low-smoke, flame-retardant 105ºC, irradiated cross-linking polyolefin
insulated wires is produced by extruding polyolefin material on top of copper wire, then completed by pass it through radiation cross-linking process. It gave the wire excellent mechanical and electrical properties, tel que 70 years of service life, and difficult to burn. In the uncontrollable fire, it will not produce any toxic gas containing halogen, and only small amount of fire and heat, which is extremely helpful to prevent the spread of fire, minimize the casualty, and rescue team.
Flame-retardant wires are not easy to burn, or when burning, the flame will not spread, and can be extinguished by itself after eliminating or removing the fire source.Under the
circumstances, it can prevent the fire from spreading. There are A,B,C grade of flame, and A grade has the best performance. Fire-resistance wires are able to keep functioning for certain amount of time and it
can be use in places that have special requirement. Halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant 105°C cross-linking
polyolefin insulated wire is suitable for AC rated voltage U0/U, and used in power unit, appareils ménagers, power meter, et
telecommunication devices below 450/750V.

Product standard

Halogen-free, low-smoke, flame-retardant, double layer co-extruded, irradiated
cross-linking polyolefin insulated wires is being made referring to JB/T 10491-2004 and GB/T 19666-2019. The performance meets the
GB 31247-2014/T 19666-2019 standard.

3. The temperature should be higher than 0ºC when laying the wire, recommended bending radius:
Cable’s outer diameter(ré) less than 25mm, bending radius should be no less than 4(ré)
Cable’s outer diameter(ré) greater than 25mm, bending radius should be no less than 6(ré)
