1.coffee capsue feeding Automatic empty cups loading dispositivo,horizontal design, it can accommodate 500 capsules,Adopt air claw to feed capsule, stable and accurate. Machine use premade cup. Cup sensor “no cup no filling

2.capsules sensor:Micro adding flavor liquid into capsules, it make coffee taste different

3.Nitrogen injection stazione:Additional Nitrogen gas flushing to increase coffee shelf life. Nitrogen protection line from capsule loading station to seal station.And storage hopper has nitrogen input

4.Automatic vacuum material feeding machine:Automatically transfer powder product through pipe from holding floor tank to auger hopper

5.Filling stazione: high speed four servo driven auger filler mounted on top of the machine, separated controlled by PLC touch screen, the weight adjustable by touch screen.

6.Press down station: Press down coffee powder after filling process to remove overflow coffee to get a flat surface. Meanwhile, this device will suck the dust on capsule rim to filter Jar.

7.Foil stazione: Die-cutting aluminum foil lids pick and place device.

8.Heat sealing stazione: Pneumatically driven heat seal device. OMRON temperature controller to adjust temperature

9.Cutting film system:Cutting roll aluminum film and form circle lids, and at the same time, sealing lids on the capsule’s top

10.Discharge station :Swing manipulator output finished capsules to outside container

1.Remote Controller:FBOX ,as long as use internet line to connect with machine,we can control customer‘s machine in our factory when machine meet failure

2.Anti-static device,because fresh coffee powder generate static easily ,use this device can remove static ,improve filling accuracy.It is near to filling station

3.UV lamp ultraviolet sterilization,empty capsule go through this station under UV light ,to make sure food safety

4.Flavor liquid adding :Micro adding flavor liquid into capsules, it make coffee taste different
