Aging treatment,has good vibration absorption and rigidity.
Guideway stick PTFE,remove creeping,obviously increase precision, wearability and anti-impact force
Spindle use high precision angle contact bearing, Germany KLUBER lipid.
H6140C/6150C/6166C adopt Independent spindle unit,high speed and high precision.
H6150B adopt Integral gear box type spindle,big bore,high rigidity,suitable for heavy turning.
High precision ball screw, connnected with motor directly.
