Mgt1050 High Accuracy Centeless Grinding Machine for Max. Od. 50mm

Machine application:
The machine is used for producing cylindrical parts, ring parts with high precision requirements in the way of centerless through feeding. And it also can be used for grinding cone parts with cone angle less than 3° and molding rotational parts in the way of centerless in-feeding. It’s applicable for mass-production.

Machine configuration & characteristics:
1. The layout of the machine tool shall adopt double-side moving method of the grinding wheels and regulating wheels. It can be equipped with automatic material loading and unloading device;
2. The spindle of grinding wheel adopts overhanging structure which is convenient for replacing the grinding wheel;
3. The grinding wheel shaft adopts hydrostatic bearing with high rotation accuracy;
4. The regulating wheel shaft adopts double-bearing structure with god rigidity;
5. The regulating wheel adopts multi-piece dynamic pressure bearing;
6. The regulating wheel speed regulating adopts AC frequency conversion stepless speed regulating;
7. The grinding wheel frame adopts closed type hydrostatic guide rail with good anti-vibration performance, feed sensitivity and high accuracy;
8. The cooling system of the machine tool is equipped with magnetic separator and paper filter.
