Machine application:
This machine is PLC/CNC controlled. It’s applicable for centerless through-feed grinding of cylindrical and conical parts and centerless in-feed grinding of cone parts and the formed rotational parts (widely used for automobile part and bearing roller grinding). This machine is applicable for mass production.
Machine configuration & characteristics:
1. The machine base is made of Xiji’s specified secret material which is aging treated twice for relieving the internal stress and reduce base deformation. It ensures machine’s stability in long term.
2. GW. spindle coated ceramic is double supported with five segments, with high rigidity and barely wearing. Rolling bearing structured spindle is also optional.
3. RW. spindle adopts dual-supporting structure with rolling bearings.
4. Reg. wheelhead is located in the right side of machine bed. Double v-shaped needle steel guideway is used for feeding motion.
5. Reg. wheelhead is driven by servomotor and transmitted via gear box and ball screw.
6. GW. dresser is mounted in the rear side of gri. wheelhead. Its feeding mechanism whose guideway is double v needle type is driven by servo motor and ball screw. And reciprocating motion is driven by reduction motor (the driving method can be changed into servo motor as per customer’s request) and ball screw while its guideway is dovetail type.
7. RW. is driven by AC motor with a convertor to achieve stepless adjustable speed.
8. RW. dresser feeds manually while its reciprocating is driven by reduction motor and ball screw. It adopts dovetail type of guideway for the reciprocating motion.
9. Siemens, Fanuc, Mitsubishi are optional for control system (PLC/CNC).
10. The brand of other purchased parts (ball screw, bearing, converter etc.) and the auxiliary equipments (balancing system, fire extinguisher, mist collector, LOTO, magnetic separator, electrical cabinet) can be customer-specified.
11. It is possible to connect with auto loading and unloading system.
