This displyed line consists of bottle feeding conveying belt, anti-expolisve piston filling machine, servo capping machine, 2-side labeling machine & bottle collecting turntable. The printing and cartoning packaging equipment can be equipped based on needs.

2. Piston filling can be servo controlled or air cylinder penumatically controlled based on actual production, meeting various foamy or nonfoamy, explosive or non-explosive production requirements.

4. No bottle, no filling; auto counting, auto washing, breakdown self-detecting etc
5. The capacity can be made based on actual needs, from 500-5000bottles/hour, and bottles can be from 1-5000ml; as for the big barrel or bucket from 5L-200L.
6. With inverter to control speed, It not only can operate seperately, also can be linked to production line to meet high automation.
