WORKING PRINCIPLE OF ROSIN RESIN GRANULATOR

Rosin resin granulator is a kind of equipment to make rosin resin granules. The whole equipment mainly consist of five sections: feeding (molten rosin resin), dropping depositor, steel belt cooler, granules unloading and control section. The major working step is following:

 

1. Molten rosin resin is fed into the pastillator via filter and pump.

2. Then the molten rosin resin is sprayed out of the rotating depositor and uniformly deposited across the traveling stainless steel belt. 

3. There are large amount of cooling water spray nozzles installed in the water tank under the traveling stainless steel belt. Water nozzles spray cooling water to the lower surface of the stainless steel belt continually.

4. The drops of molten rosin resin travel along with the belt. They are cooled and solidified in the whole ways. When they are transported to the end of the equipment, they will become hard, unifrom solid granules and will be scraped off the steel belt.

KEY FEATURES AND OPTIONS
 

1. High quality stainless steel belt is used to cool and solidify the material rapidly. Due to the reversing bending of the steel belt at the discharge end, the joint surface between the steel strip and the solidified material is separated, so that the granules are complete without damage. And there is no dust and sewage during discharge. The production environment is good.

 

2. Inverter control of drop former and steel belt is adopted. The speed of them can be adjusted and controlled according to the production capacity and physical parameters. The equipment has high degree of automation and simple operation. 

 

3. It has a wide range of applications. It can work with large amount of kinds of chemical raw materials.

 

4. The granules is uniform, regular and beautiful, and the granulation rate is at least 98%. The granules’s shape is semicircular and the size can be selected between 3-12mm. 

 

5. Through the installation of automatic deviation-correcting function of steel belt, the steel belt can run smoothly without deviation and climbing in the process of long-time continuous operation. It effectively extends the service life of steel belt.
